Pay only a portion of the system cost up front. Finance the remainder through low monthly payments on your Evergy utility bill. This is not a loan or line of credit and does not require a credit check.
Protected Investment
If your new system stops working through no fault of your own while you're still making payments, the program will arrange for repair or replacement at no charge to you.

Kansas Evergy customers are eligible for straight rebates on qualifying HVAC installations. Missouri Evergy customers are eligible for the FastTrack HVAC PAYS® program, which includes rebates plus on-bill financing. No. When you participate in FastTrack, you are not taking out a loan or line of credit. The program does not require a credit check. It's a simple way to make energy-efficient upgrades now while reducing the up-front costs.
About 45 days after installation, you'll see a FastTrack charge on your bill. The monthly payment amount is calculated so that your average annual bill should be about the same as before — the energy savings from your new system offset the monthly charge. You can pay off the remaining balance early at any time with no penalty.
No. For both Kansas rebates and Missouri FastTrack, the rebate is handled at the time of purchase. Kansas rebates are submitted by JF Denney as your Evergy-Authorized Trade Ally. Missouri FastTrack rebates are factored directly into the up-front cost of the system.
The FastTrack program is tied to the home, not the customer. The next homeowner will take over the monthly charge until the system cost is paid in full. You must provide a copy of the Notice of Tariff Charge from your FastTrack agreement to the buyer's agent. You can also choose to pay off the remaining balance before selling.
Yes. Qualifying heat pump installations may be eligible for federal tax credits of up to $2,000 under the Inflation Reduction Act, in addition to your Evergy rebate. JF Denney can help you understand which credits may apply to your installation.
