SPRING CHECK-UP
  • Inspect and clean condenser
  • Change or clean filter
  • Lubricate motors
  • Check evaporator drain and pan
  • Check A-coil
  • Check electrical connections
  • Check and calibrate thermostat
  • Inspect duct system (visual)
  • Check indoor temperature split
  • Adjust freon charge
FALL CHECK-UP
  • Clean furnace
  • Change or clean filter
  • Lubricate motor
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check electrical connections
  • Test for carbon monoxide (CO)
  • Check pilot
  • Replace thermocouple (if needed)
