Everyone (Steve written estimates, Debra bid prep, Heather dispatch, Milt's crew installation) did a WONDERFUL job on the garage furnace. Aside from getting my husband back, this was the best Christmas present I could have ever had!!

Wait On Us, But We Won't Wait on You

So when I get a call from the plumber telling me that they’ll be able to come out that day I am asked, “Will you be available after 2.” I was irritated that I was given such a huge window of time to be available, but regardless, I said I would be. The office calls to confirm that I’m there and I get back to them within 20 minutes. They tell me that they need to reschedule for Monday (today’s Friday) because I didn’t pick up the phone when they called. Is that how J. F. Denny rolls? I have to wait a nebulous ‘2 until the end of time’ but if I’m not at the phone the moment they call me I’m screwed? When I complained she told me “I’m not going to argue with you sir.” Very diplomatic, but does nothing to help me or my family take a shower this weekend. Thanks for nothing. I won’t forget to bow on Monday in gratitude that you bothered to show up. Obviously we’re working for you it seems. JFD RESPONSE: Thank you for taking the time to give us a review Ari. I reviewed your workorder. We gave you a window of 2:00 - 4:00 when we would arrive at your home Friday afternoon. This is a standard window of time that we give to our customers. In fact, I think that this is a standard practice in the service industry. We recognize and appreciate that your time is valuable. Unfortunately it is impossible to predict down a precise time when we will arrive because we never know for sure how long the service calls prior to your call will take. According to our records, we left you a message at 2:38 letting you know that a plumber was available. Since you did not answer we sent him on another call. Unfortunately, we are not set up to have our staff on stand-by. You returned our call at 4:08 and we explained to you what happened. The schedule did not allow us to get to you that day (it was a non-emergency type of repair). We did, however, make a special trip out on Saturday to provide you service. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you had. We always strive to give the best service that we possibly can. I could not have asked for better service. Calls received and returned immediately. Extremely friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgable. My hot water heater was "fixed" as soon as possible and the water softener was installed almost immediately, without problems. I am way out of the way for Denney and they are the only folks who would come this far. I would certainly use J.F. Denney again and will certainly tell everyone that I know. These are the folks to call to get things done. Kyle Whelpley you are the best. Many thanks.

I purchased a new air conditioner from them and they installed it.They were very knowledgeable and professional. The price was reasonable. They installed the AC on the date they said they would and responded promptly to any questions I had prior to the installation. There was one minor problem which was taken care of as soon as I pointed it out. Overall, high quality and professional work at a reasonable price |

We recently had 3 products installed: The Kinetico non-electric water softner, the eternal hybrid tankless hot water system and the pump that gives us INSTANT hot water in our master bath. This is Day #2 and we LOVE them all!! What a difference a water softner makes and we LOVE the instant hot water! I don't know exactly how much water we WASTED running the shower for roughly 3-4 minutes before the hot water finally came out, but I'm sure it was substantial. As for the tankless hot water system, now we won't have to skimp on hot water when we have company and take our showers!!Most of all it has been a refreshing change to work with such a professional and responsive company. Kyle came out and did our water test (although I knew we had very hard water). He explained everything very thoroughly and professional. There was absolutly NO "high pressure" what-so-ever. It's a wonderful feeling to know that we are dealing with a company that truly cares about customer service. THANK YOU J.F. Denney!! |
